To ensure continued access to professional development and community, ISCA will be providing fee waiver support for new and current ISCA members to help them to be part of the ISCA community while they navigate their career paths

Membership Fee Waiver

Who can apply?

Current or aspiring accounting professionals, including ISCA and non-ISCA members, may apply for the Membership Fee Waiver support*.

*Subject to approval

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for Membership Fee Waiver under the ISCA Career Support Programme, you will need to provide supporting documentation to prove that you are

  1. Unemployed and
  2. Actively looking for employment for past 6 months (From March 2025)
How to apply?

Please kindly prepare the following documents when you submit your application to facilitate the application process

  1. CPF Transaction History for the past 6 months and/or
  2. Termination Letter from Previous Employer and/or
  3. Any other documents such as Medical certification/letter from registered and authorised medical practitioners to prove unemployment circumstances AND
  4. Evidence of ongoing job search efforts (E.g. Screenshots of Job Applications, Interview Arrangements)

Do provide as much supporting documents as possible to facilitate a smoother application review process.

Skills First Pay Later

ISCAccountify Subscription (Complimentary)

As part of the ISCA Career Support Programme, you will receive one-year complimentary access to ISCAccountify. This subscription-based learning platform provides self-paced, bite-sized learning to help you meet your CPE requirements if you are an ISCA member. If you are a non-member, this is a useful resource for you to keep pace and stay current with the latest advancements in business and accountancy. 

 Upon successful application of ISCA Career Support Programme, you will receive a separate email to your registered email address with steps on how to activate your complimentary ISCAccountify subscription

Professional Business Accountant Pathway

Aspiring accountants who want to develop their careers in accounting and finance may apply for the ISCA Professional Business Accountant (ISCA PBA). 

Designed for those who want to advance their careers in accounting and finance but (1) have not completed the full SCAQ programme or (2) do not plan to become a CA (Singapore). It provides practical skills and knowledge that help professionals enhance their credentials without completing the full SCAQ programme. This pathway is ideal for those who want to build their expertise and professionalism as members of ISCA, gaining recognition from employers for having the right accounting and business skills, while upholding high ethical and professional standards.

For successful Career Support Programme Applicants, ISCA will be waiving your PBA Course and Application Fees. 

Requirements: Candidate must finish the PBA course within 6 months upon enrollment

Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification

The Singapore CA Qualification is the national CA qualification. Upon completion of the programme, Candidates can apply for full membership at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) to be conferred the designation, Singapore Chartered Accountant. 

The Singapore CA Qualification is globally recognised and internationally portable. The Singapore CA certification offers wide career options in any industry, including leadership positions in C-Suite roles and also open doors of opportunity on a global stage.

For successful Career Support Programme Applicants, ISCA will cover Examination Fees only for a Maximum of 1 attempt per module.

Requirements: Candidates must commit to signing up for at least 1 module and examination in the next nearest intake (maximum of 1 attempt per module). The examinations are scheduled in June and December in each calendar year.
