The Career Tailwind <\/strong>is a 3-part workshop series <\/strong>designed for mid-career professionals navigating job transitions, career changes, or a return to the workforce. You\u2019ll walk away with a practical, repeatable framework<\/strong> you can apply immediately, not theory, but strategies that come from real lived experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each session is designed around one idea: you are not just an applicant, you are a product going to market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Across the three sessions, you\u2019ll learn how to prepare yourself intentionally, position yourself compellingly, reach the right people, and show up in interviews as a problem solver, not just a candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshop 3: Analyze & Deliver – Walk into interviews as a problem solver<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most candidates prepare for interviews by memorising answers. The candidates who stand out walk in understanding the business, what the team is facing, what the role is really meant to solve, and what outcomes the hiring manager actually needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analyze & Deliver is a 2-hour workshop that teaches you to flip the interview from a one-way interrogation into a two-way consulting conversation. You\u2019ll learn how to research a company\u2019s strategic priorities, develop a hypothesis on why a role exists, frame your answers around the business problem, and ask questions that show real depth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll walk away with a role hypothesis for your target roles, behavioral stories, and a mock interview experience with direct feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wilson Toh knows career transitions because he’s lived them. Laid off from Airbnb, he rebuilt his career across FairPrice Group and now BCG, entering each role without prior industry experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At BCG’s RISE 2.0, he helps mid-career professionals in Singapore navigate their own transitions through SkillsFuture upskilling and career support. He facilitates these workshops not as a career coach with formal credentials, but as a fellow traveller who has done the work himself and built a practical framework from what actually makes a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n
