The Career Tailwind <\/strong>is a 3-part workshop series <\/strong>designed for mid-career professionals navigating job transitions, career changes, or a return to the workforce. You\u2019ll walk away with a practical, repeatable framework<\/strong> you can apply immediately, not theory, but strategies that come from real lived experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each session is designed around one idea: you are not just an applicant, you are a product going to market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Across three events, you\u2019ll learn how to prepare yourself intentionally, position yourself compellingly, reach the right people, and show up in interviews as a problem solver, not just a candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The start of any career transition is the hardest. The instinct is to rush. Update your CV, blast it out, hope for the best. But scattered effort leads to scattered results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will gain practical strategies to rebuild confidence, identify transferable strengths, and position yourself effectively for new career opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll leave with a refined target list, a rewritten CV section, and a LinkedIn headline you can use immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wilson Toh knows career transitions because he’s lived them. Laid off from Airbnb, he rebuilt his career across FairPrice Group and now BCG, entering each role without prior industry experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At BCG’s RISE 2.0, he helps mid-career professionals in Singapore navigate their own transitions through SkillsFuture upskilling and career support. He facilitates these workshops not as a career coach with formal credentials, but as a fellow traveller who has done the work himself and built a practical framework from what actually makes a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n
